kenyonMarie is a partner in the IRIS consulting partnership – an Australian leader in the area of resilience. IRIS consulting was formed in 2007 to bring the latest developments in resilience to Australian workplaces, community groups, schools and individuals.

IRIS consulting’s resilience programs are inspired by some of the great authors in this (and related) fields including such notable theorists as Albert Ellis, Tim Beck, Suniya Luthar, Richard Tedeschi, Lillian Comos-Diaz, Anthony Kidman and Karen Saakvitine.  However, our program are most influenced by our readings into the works of Martin Seligman, Karen Reivich and Andrew Shatté.
