To navigate through life effectively and succeed in the face of adversity we must be able to challenge our thinking habits, be adaptable in our work and life environments, and apply the right capabilities at the right time.

Most of us do okay most of the time, but to be truly happy and to be productive are two of life’s greatest challenges.

How do you do at it?

About You programs are one-on-one sessions aimed at working with individuals to increase life skills and overall happiness and success. Areas of focus may include:

  • learning to think more optimistically and be more resilient
  • building and maintaining healthy relationships at home and work
  • relaxation and stress management
  • developing mental agility
  • regaining control of your life
  • learning to think differently
  • learning how to influence others
  • achieving a healthy work life balance
  • understanding how to communicate effectively
  • assertiveness and verbal self defence
  • learning how to manage your time and procrastinate less
  • learning how to learn from your mistakes and life’s little  ‘hiccups’

  • Will I have to do any assessments? (with some individuals it may be useful to include some level of assessment to improve your self awareness and guide program goals)
  • How many sessions and how long does each session go for? (this will depend on what you would like to get out of your sessions so try to offer an outline of this)
  • What materials and resources will I receive?
